We’re happy to announce that we’ve developed a new and improved Order Fulfillment Kiosk. For easier access to the kiosk, we’ve built this new version to be a native app which you can download right from the Apple or Google Play marketplaces, depending on the type of device you’re using.
The important facts…
The new kiosk will require you to use a tablet that runs on either the iOS or Android operating systems. We will take down the current kiosk version as of November 18, 2019.
Here are the required specs depending on the type of tablet you use:
- Tablet with iOS 10.0 or newer
- Tablet with Android 5.0 or newer
The new kiosk will no longer be accessible through a web browser. So what does this mean? You’ll no longer be able to access the kiosk through any device that is not a tablet running on the minimum operating system requirements mentioned above.
How can I download the new kiosk version onto my compatible tablet? You may download the new kiosk as a native app from either the Apple or Google Play stores. Here are the links:
How do I log in to my new kiosk version? You may log in to your new kiosk using the same login credentials as you used for the previous version. You do not need to create a new user or password.
What is the deadline to switch over to the new kiosk version? The deadline to switch to the new version is November 18, 2019. You should see an announcement in your current version of the kiosk located at the top of the screen with more details about the deadline.
