How long does it take to launch my app?
It depends on a lot of factors because we need to gather all of your assets to create your app, provide you some time to test and give feedback on the app, and then wait for Apple and Android Marketplace to approve the app. If everything runs perfectly we can have your app launched in as little as 6-weeks.
Will my customers download an Ordrslip branded app?
No. If we did our job currently your customers will never know about us. Ordrslip creates white labeled apps so that you can start building your own brand. The app will have your name, your logo, your brand colors, and your menu. It will be 100% you!
What if I don't have Square, Clover, or Revel as my POS?
If you do not have one of the point-of-sale systems we currently integrate with you have three options. Option 1: You can switch to one of the POS systems we do integrate with so all of your orders are in one place. Option 2: You can continue using your current POS system for in-store orders, and add Square, Clover, or Revel for your mobile orders. Option 3: Contact us and let us know what POS system you currently use and we will see how we can integrate to it.
Is the setup fee per location?
No. The setup fee is only charged once. No matter how many locations you have as long as they all use the same app.
