Growing up, we both understood that food is the main source of bringing family and friends together. There’s something about good food and rubbing shoulders with your neighbor that just makes you feel like you’re home again. That’s why when we opened Quesadilla Gorilla, we wanted to keep it simple, friendly, and fresh.
We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, based right out of the heart of California. We are dedicated to making sure that everything that comes from our kitchen to your plate, is made with heart; as if we were making it for our own family. While setting up shop has been quite an adventure, it is nothing short of incredible to see it succeed. By the grace of God and the faithful love and support from our customers – two young kids opened a killer quesadilla shop. Come by and stay awhile.
